Hey! I've got the net working again! Woot! I hope everyone is doing well, I've got tons of back entries to catch up on... Whee...


Well I had a pretty good birthday. I brought goodies to work including sugar-free cookies for the diabetics who usually don't get treats (despite the fact that my boss told me they were used to be ignored with such things so not to bother) and I gave my summer campers some cookies as well.


After work I went home and spent time with Alex and Cristian who had a half day of school and gave them the remaining cookies and we played Shrek 2 Monopoly Jr. and watched Alex play a new Sponge Bob game on the PS2. Later the three of us were treated to ice cream by Connie, their mom, I got strawberry soft serve my favorite. Then I opened my presents with my Dad and we went to Salerno's resturant (it's Italian) where I drank kiddie cocktails, ate a hamburger calzone, and was sung to over dessert. My dad told the waitress to pick the key! :: chuckles :: Then I went off to Hobby Lobby to visit Dawn and make some plans with her for the weekend (which fell through but she is feeling better thankfully...she ate some bad mac and cheese).


So...for my birthday I got...

* an HP Photosmart 7450 printer with a M407 HP Photosmart digital camera from Dad
* $25 from Grandpa


My sister and brother sent me text messages telling me happy birthday. So did Alicia and her boyfriend. June's son Robert called to wish me happy birthday, and my Grandpa also called. Aunt Mary and Aunt Jeanne....both forgot. :: shrugs ::


So anywho the party is still on for the 4th of September and it will most likely be in the late afternoon early evening kind of thing. My Dad and I were thinking of doing some kind of BBQ thing though once he did suggest a Pot Luck, though I'm not sure how serious he is...
