Phone Update!

Okay as most of you know I haven't had a working phone line since I moved into my apartment and have been battling with the landlady to get it fixed. I'm finally having a repair guy come on Saturday to check things out and get me hooked up with a working line. But the other day when I was on the phone with the buisness section of SBC I found out a few things...

They had me signed up for something I hadn't even asked for! On top of that the fact that I had cancled the DSL hadn't completely registared on their computers! I was paying really high bills for something I couldn't even use! So luckly I got a hold of this really nice guy and he fixed everything for me. He's the one whose getting a repair guy to come out on Saturday and made it so that the phone company will be paying my next two bills as well as reinstating my DSL and giving me two months free. When I have to start paying for my phone again it'll include the DSL and all my bills will be under $30! Now I just have to cross my fingers that it can all be fixed tomorrow.

I've gotta dash...promised one of the school age kids I'm taking care of today that I'd get him some information on brain coral.
