Okay I saw this on Courntey’s and on Mippa’s journal so I simply had to fill in as well. Besides I figured it would be fun and a nice way to de-stress myself after a hard day while listening to the Tokuyama Lullaby… So sit back and prepare to be…uh…bored.
1. My journal is called two things actually… The first one is “Let’s stay together, always…version Haru the bipolar possessive cow” because it fits with my Haru image and because Courtney picks it and she just rocks. The second one is “It’s Only a Memory” which is a version of a quote from “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” movie during the scene where Harry and Ginny are in the Chamber and both looking at the diary. I picked it because I thought it was sad yet some what appropriate. And that’s the best I’ve got.
2. My subtitle is “If we believe and we have faith” which is actually a line from a song by Superchic[k], one of my favorite Christian bands. I really like what their lyrics are all about…about standing up for what you believe in and being your own person. About not going along with the crowd. The rest of that line is “Were gonna change the world someday.”
3. My friends page is called “House Rivalry” for one plain and simple reason. Not everyone is a member of the same house. I’m friends with Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, Gryffindors, and even a few Slytherins… I thought it would be cute. Besides I’ve taken to placing even my non-Harry fan friends into Hogwarts houses.
4. My user name is Britin because when I was going through one of my books on baby names it’s the one that I really like. It’s the country I’d love to go visit the most, it’s easy to spell, its unique, it can be shortened to Brit (or Britters, but if anyone but Autumn, Draco_therin, or Jules calls me that without my permission then you shall face my wrath!).
5. My default user pic is a picture of a yellow flower (whose ID is escaping me at this moment…I want to say Daffodil but that doesn’t seem right) on a black background with Hufflepuff in white. The main reason I use it is because I’m a Hufflepuff and with so few of us on the net I feel it’s my duty to proudly display it. Secondly because it’s just plain pretty.
6. My comment links say “Are you a bipolar, possessive cow?” because that’s exactly what Haru is. The other one says “## Huggin’ Haru” Mmmm..huggin Haru…
7. The comment links on my friends page says the same exact thing…cause I’m lazy.
